As I posted on Facebook recently, I’M BRINGIN’ SEXY BACK! This is what I mean by sexy:
I want you to love and accept your body. I want you to love and accept your whole damn self, actually. When you’re feeling sexy (whatever that means to you) you are more powerful, more present, and more engaged. That’s one of the best gifts you can give to the people who care about you. I assert that bringing your sexy back is an important part of your personal empowerment, happiness, and leadership too.
In both my training sessions and my coaching sessions, I get to watch people transform as they (re)connect with their bodies, hearts, and minds. It’s like watching a flower blossom or a butterfly metamorphose. No joke.
